  • Structured updates and documents shared directly through the investor portal

What the investor sees

Holdings per company – shares, options, convertible loans and SLIPs – with value, what the investor paid and the return in kroner and per cent. The value follows the company's latest valuation or issue price, and the chart shows how it has changed.

If the investor owns through a holding company, that company's holdings are shown too.

The company, meetings and updates

Each company has its own page with information, shareholders, board and transactions. For Norwegian companies, announcements and accounts from the registers are shown as well.

Investors get the company's updates with attachments, meeting notices with RSVP and a notice when a meeting is under way.

Frequently asked questions

How does Nexus Connect calculate portfolio value?

Value is the number of shares times a price per share: the company's recorded valuation, otherwise the latest valuation point, the share class price or what the investor paid. The value changes when the company records a new valuation.

Can investors download their transactions?

Yes. The transaction history downloads as PDF or CSV, and each transaction has a contract note with the share numbers. The signed subscription agreement can be downloaded too.

What can investors see in the portal?

Investors see their holdings, the value, the return since they invested, their transaction history and the updates the company has shared with them. Each investor sees only their own holdings.
