Stop writing minutes the day after the meeting. Nexus gathers the items, vote results and resolutions from the meeting and draws up the minutes straight away. The signers sign with BankID while the meeting is still fresh.
The minutes are built from what was recorded in the meeting: company and organisation number, meeting type, time and place, the chair and the signers, who attended and with how many shares, the items with their results, advance votes and – for board meetings – how each member voted.
When everyone has signed, a signed PDF with each signer's name and time is created. It is stored with the company and emailed to the attendees.
Nexus does not send the minutes to the Register of Business Enterprises. The company does that itself when a resolution has to be registered.
The platform uses the meeting's agenda, attendance, vote results and resolutions to put the minutes together. You can edit and preview them before they go out for signing.
The chair and whoever co-signs – for a board meeting typically the board members – each get a link by email and sign with BankID. The platform shows who has signed.
Yes. The minutes are a draft until you finalise them. You can review and correct them before they go out for signing.
