Pricing

Plans follow how many shareholders the company has and which modules you need. All prices exclude VAT.

Invoiced by EHF

After the trial we invoice the company by EHF, monthly or yearly. You can ask to change plan at any time under Settings.

In every plan

  • Share register under the Norwegian Companies Act § 4-5, with share numbers and history
  • General meetings and board meetings with minutes
  • Signing with BankID
  • Investor portal where shareholders log in with BankID
  • Import from Excel or the shareholder register when you start

The shareholder limit applies when you add new shareholders. A transfer of shares to a new owner is always recorded in the share register, even above the limit – the law requires it to be entered without delay.

Share issues and crowdfunding

If the company raises capital through Nexus, we agree a fundraising deal on top of the plan: a fixed price, a fee on the capital raised, or both. The money goes straight to the company's account, not through Nexus.

Pricing questions

What does a digital share register in Nexus cost?

The price depends on the plan, which follows how many shareholders the company has and which modules you need. The plans and prices are at the top of this page, and all prices exclude VAT.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Once the company is registered you get 30 days of the whole platform, except fundraising, without entering a card. When the trial ends, the company moves to the plan you chose when you registered.

How do we pay?

We invoice the company by EHF, monthly or yearly. We do not take card payments.

Can we change plan later?

Yes. You ask to change plan under Settings in Nexus, and we change it. If your shareholder list grows past the plan's limit, you are told and can ask for a larger plan.

What happens if we pass the shareholder limit?

You cannot add new shareholders above the limit until you change plan. A transfer of shares to a new owner is still always recorded, because the Companies Act § 4-7 requires the new owner to be entered in the share register without delay.

What does a share issue through Nexus cost?

Fundraising is included in the plans that have share issues and crowdfunding. On top of that we agree a fundraising deal per issue, with a fixed price, a fee on the capital raised, or both. Book a demo and we will go through it for your round.
