How early must the general meeting notice be sent?
At least one week before the meeting, for both ordinary and extraordinary general meetings. The articles may require longer.

Nexus works out the deadline from the meeting date and warns you if the notice is late. If your articles set a longer period, enter it on the meeting page while the meeting is a draft.
The warning does not stop you: if the notice is short, the board decides whether to send it anyway.
