How do I record a share issue?

Under Cap table → Issue shares you record new shares for existing or new shareholders. Share numbers are assigned automatically, so the register shows which shares each shareholder owns.

If you are raising the capital from investors first, you can plan the round in the share issue simulator and publish a campaign under Fundraising.
